AGRITECH guarantees its products against material or manufacturing failures, only to the first Customer, and the Warranty is non-transferable and refers to the parts, accessories and equipment with which the products are equipped at the time of sale.
The following materials that wear out with normal use are excluded, for example:

Joints
Injection System
Tires
Air Chambers
Lamps
Electrical System
Hoes
Brake Pads
Clutches
Rubbers in general
In the event of a warranty service request, the AGRITECH Authorized must request the user to present the Warranty Certificate and/or Purchase Invoice issued by the AGRITECH Authorized who sold the product, and must verify the following requirements:
1. Complete and correct filling;
2. Deadline not expired.

Warranty : 12 months
Motorized Cultivator
TC Series and TA Series Implements
Warranty : 12 months
Spare Parts
Warranty : 3 months
This Warranty becomes void when it is proven that the failure was caused by negligence or failure to comply with the instructions contained in the User's Instruction Manual, and also when the mandatory revisions in the case of tractors and cultivators are not carried out motorized.
A product that undergoes modification without prior written authorization from AGRITECH, violating the original construction of the machine or undergoing repairs in workshops that do not belong to the AGRITECH Authorized Network, or that do not have agreements with them, is excluded from the Warranty. Idem, for cases where the failure is caused by the replacement of non-original parts or components, or the use of implements incompatible with the capacity of the machine or accessories not recommended by AGRITECH
Tractors, Motorized Cultivator and TA Implements: Damage resulting from incorrect handling by the user, improper use, poor softening, operation in an overload regime, poor maintenance, use of unspecified lubricant or additives, inadequate fuel and adaptations not approved by AGRITECH . Idem, for cases of product oxidation, resulting from inadequate storage, poor protection during transport, exposure of the product to weather, etc.
Repairs carried out by customers or by workshops not accredited by Agritech.
Always aiming at the constant improvement of our products, we reserve the right to make modifications to them without prior notice and exclude ourselves from the obligation to modify previously produced machines.
